Enhancing Community and Organizational Leadership for Empowerment (ECOLE)
JCBF provided Institutional Development and Organizational Strengthening (IDOS) training and assistance to leaders from organizations such as the K4 Network (network of women’s organizations across Region 4A), the TUGMA (network of urban poor organizations in Marikina), and the ERPAT (an association of male parents across Laguna and Rizal). Participating organizational leaders under this project learned how to develop their organization’s programs and design fund-raising projects for organizational sustainability.
